In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable
reason/s we must be informed in writing on safetravel4all@gmail.com. Cancellation
charges would be effective from the date we receive a letter/request in writing and
cancellation charges would be as follows:
60 days & before arrival – 10% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (90% Refund).
59 days to 41 days before arrival – 40% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (60%
Refund).
40 days to 31 days before arrival – 80% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (20%
Refund).
30 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
