Cancellation & Refund
In case of cancellation of your tour due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing on safetravel4all@gmail.com. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive a letter/request in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

2. Passport validity should be for 6 months. minimum at the time of travel.
3. No refund for unused services.
4. Any cost apart from the package confirmed shall be borne by the customer

5. Travelers must be fully vaccinated and must carry the vaccine certificate displayedin Arogysethu App.
6. The requirement for any additional document shall be informed later at the timeof registration
7. Vehicles would stop at designated parking spaces, hence, there would be walking.8. There would be a couple of hours of traveling time between places.
