Cancellations & Refund Policy For The Land Package (INR 1,33,000) Excluding Airfare, Visa, Travel Insurance

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing on safetravel4all@gmail.com. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive a letter/request in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

• 120 Days- 91 Days prior to arrival- 15% of the advance payment as cancellation charges (85% of the advance payment will be refunded
• 90 Days -71 Days prior to arrival- 35% of the advance payment as cancellation charges (65% of the advance payment will be refunded
• 70 days -60 Days prior to arrival- 35% of the Land Package Cost as cancellation charges (65% of the Land Package Cost will be Refunded)
• 59 days to 31 days prior to arrival – 75% of the Land Package Cost as cancellation charges (25% of the Land Package Cost will be Refunded)
• 30 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.

Note: Any cancellation in the flight tickets, the cancellation charges would be as per the cancellation policy of the carrier

Visa Cost (INR 3000 per application) and Travel Insurance Cost is non- refundable
