Cancellations & Refund Policy

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing on safetravel4all@gmail.com. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive a letter/request in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • 60 days & prior to arrival – 35% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (65% Refund)
  • 59 days to 26 days prior to arrival – 70% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (30% Refund)
  • 25 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.

  2. Cherry Blossom or Sakura in Japan is a Natural Phenomenon and is subject to Nature which is beyond the control of Humans, Travel Agents and Tour.
  3. Hotels booking is subject to availability.
  4. Hotels official check in @ 15.00 and Check out at 12.00 afternoon.
  5. Mandatory Accommodation Taxes to be paid by travelers - JPY 200/- per person per day (Around 1.5 Dollars) for Four-star hotels or above & JPY 100/- per person per day (Less than a Dollar) for Three star hotels or below. This tax is collected by the property directly from the travelers.
  6. Japan Visa would require 7-10 working days (Excluding weekends, public or gazette holidays).
  7. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or heavy traffic conditions, the Tours/ Sightseeing can be Travelers are requested to understand and support.
  8. 1 Luggage transfer charges from Tokyo to Osaka is included in the package cost.
  9. Please make only 1 check-in bag for this trip. You can additionally carry one small size hand bag that has the capacity to max 2 sets of clothes.
