In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing on safetravel4all@gmail.com. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive a letter/request in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • 60 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour cost as cancellation charge (90% Refund).
  • 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour cost as cancellation charge (80% Refund)
  • 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 60% of the tour cost as cancellation charge (40% Refund)
  • 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 80% of the tour cost as cancellation charge (20% Refund)
  • 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.

Additional Information

  1. Day 1, Please arrive by 8:30 AM at Guwahati airport
  2. Please book an evening flight post 8 pm on the last day from Guwahati for onward journey. Please check with me for further clarification.
  3. All homestays in Nagaland are basic.. Roads in Nagaland could be bumpy
  4. Vehicles would stop at designated parking spaces, hence, there would be walking.
  5. There would be a couple of hours of traveling time between places on almost daily basis. Respective distances and travel times are mentioned in the itinerary details. Please be patient & accommodating.
  6. We reserve the right to change the sequence of the itinerary or amend the itinerary based on road conditions, weather conditions, hotel bookings, group type etc
  7. Please check for the best Airfare and flight timings with me before booking your flights on your own.
  8. Your ID proofs would be needed at the time of booking-We reserve the right to change the sequence of the itinerary, if required or provide a substitute tour in case the specified tour is cancelled due to any unforeseen situation at the cancelled destination during the travel.
