Flight Departure from New Delhi for Guwahati. After arrival at Guwahati, we shall drive to the UNESCO world heritage site- Kaziranga National Park. If time permits, we would visit the Kaziranga National Orchid & Biodiversity Park to enjoy the flora and fauna there, the cultural program, the photo museum, and much more

Full Day Excursion Trip to Asia’s cleanest Village Mawlynnong to witness Khasi’s lifestyle, culture, and economy. It is notable for its cleanliness and was also chosen by Discover India Magazine as Asia’s cleanest Village.

Living-Root Bridge of Meghalaya (Rewai Village) This is a bridge made of tree roots and built by the tribes of Khasi. Pedestrian bridges made of the roots of living trees are mainly used to cross rivers. This century-old wisdom showcases the skilled craftsmanship of tribes of India and their self-sufficient approach towards life. It is optional as this would require some walking

Dawki (30 Km away from Mawlynnong) It’s a beautiful drive along with Bangladesh Border. Lots of waterfalls to witness and cherish. You would also witness the Dawki river of crystal-clear water in a lush environment. Boating here needs to be paid for by the traveler here. Transfer to Shillong hereafter.

  2. There would be a couple of hours of traveling time between places. Respective distances and traveling time is mentioned in the itinerary details. Please be patient & accommodating.
  3. Doctor on call can be arranged at extra cost if required (condition apply)
  4. I can help arrange group tickets or individual air tickets (the cost of air tickets has to be paid extra)
  5. If anyone wants to join the group from another state directly in Guwahati, then that can be done provided group flight timings & individual flight timings match. Open to such requests and coordination (condition applied).
  6. Since the arrival time for Guwahati for some would be different, therefore, Kamakhaya Devi Ma temple, Purva Tirupati Balaji Temple, and Shankardeva Kalashetra would be done subject to the possibility, timings of the temple, etc.
  7. Botanical Garden and lady hydari park sightseeing would be subject to time, stamina, and willingness constraints.
  8. Mandatory RT-PCR negative reports 48-72 hrs prior to traveling are required for partially vaccinated travelers or travelers below 18 years of age.
  9. For tourists who are fully vaccinated, need to showcase their relevant vaccination certificates for inter-state check-ins or during check-ins at their respective hotels.
  10. Tourists should register on the Meghalaya Portal or App and generate an e-invite for entering the state which is mandated by the Government.
