Day Wise Plan

You begin your magical holiday as you board your flight to Kenya – the heart of the African safari! You will be assisted at the airport & escorted to your Safari Cruiser. Post arrival, you will depart Nairobi to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary with your packed breakfast. Lunch at Taita Hills Game Lodge. We will set out for an Evening game drive (4-6 PM) before Dinner.

Please Note: We need to book flight which is arriving between 5:30-6 AM (Kenya Time) Early Morning for a timely departure to Taita Hills. Road Conditions are Good

After a scrumptious breakfast, you will be all set for your Morning & Afternoon/ Evening Game Drive. You will sure to experience and enjoy a breathtaking Sunrise, as well as, Sunset from your lodge.

Lunch & Dinner at the lodge

After breakfast departure to the Nairobi City. Today, please be ready for a long drive back to Nairobi City to commence our onward Mara Journey the next day. Lunch on the way in a Restaurant (On Direct Payment Basis). Dinner at a restaurant. After dinner, Hotel transfer and Nairobi Hotel Check in. For this day, Breakfast & Dinner is included in the package.

Early breakfast followed by departure to Masai Mara Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch at your 5* Lodge. After lunch, enjoy afternoon game drive (03:30-06:00 PM) and later return to your lodge for overnight.

Early Breakfast at your Lodge. Leave for full day game drive with picnic lunches. Dinner at the lodge

Optional Balloon Safari @ USD 450 ( Early Morning Pick Up at 4 AM) can be done on this day

Breakfast at the lodge. Check out and proceed with your journey to Lake Naivasha. Arrive in Naivasha in time for lunch. Check in at your Lodge. After lunch you will proceed for one- hour afternoon boat excursion at the lake Naivasha. Return to your stay resort for dinner & overnight.

Optional: Walk the animals on Extra Cost (USD 50)

Breakfast at your lodge. Check out and drive to Nairobi. Drop off at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi in the afternoon for your departure flight.

In case of cancellation of your tour due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing on safetravel4all@gmail.com. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive a letter/request in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • Last Date of Registration 20th Sep’2023

Please Note that Respective percentages (Cancellation or refund) would be calculated on the total tour cost.

  •  60 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (90% Refund)
  • 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (80% Refund)
  • 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (50% Refund)
  • 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 75% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (25% Refund)
  • 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.

  1. This is an exhaustive itinerary and 5-6 hrs of traveling/ driving is there almost daily. Please be patient and
  2. Private Safaris Management reserves the right to change the program and schedule according to prevailing weather
  3. Suggested accommodation may be changed to similar depending on availability at the time of
  4. The rates above are inclusive of current levies/taxes & national park-related fees as of today, however, should there be any new taxes/levies/national park-related fees introduced and/or increase of any current taxes/levies/national park-related fees by Government/statutory bodies the same shall be passed on to you
  5. Game drives as indicated in the itinerary (please be aware that due to unforeseeable weather and traffic circumstances, not every game drive can be guaranteed)
  6. 7 working days are required to process the VISA from the date of submission of all the required
  7. Soft-sided luggage or duffels are preferable to hard luggage for storage on safari vehicles within East Africa. Large suitcases of dimensions greater than 24"x 17"x 7" are impossible to store in vehicles and should not be used. (Baggage and personal effects are at the owner's risk throughout the tour, and member baggage insurance is strongly advised).
  8. Private Safaris may alter the contract rates in writing in case of changes in park entrance fees and other levies and taxes. Once you have booked a safari and we have confirmed the booking, the contract rates are fully guaranteed and will not be subject to any surcharges
