Important Points

  1. Private transport will be available for the group on point to point basis for only those places mentioned in the itinerary.
  2. For Abu Dhabi tour, any extra hours beyond 10 hrs will, extra cost be shared equally by all the travelers and will be communicated, if required.
  3. Dubai Gold Souk will be covered and the respective day will be communicated in Dubai during the tour itself.
  4. Hotels booking are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  5. Hotels official check in @ 14.00 and Check out at 12.00 afternoon.
  6. Time management during the sightseeing is highly important to ensure all places get covered and nothing gets missed.
  7. Each day departure time and arrival time will be shared during the virtual meeting which will be held closer to the date of travel in Dec’23
  8. Virtual group meeting will be held on 9th Dec’23 to discuss all the information, group warm up and take up group questions.
  9. Private transfers for lunch will be arranged wherever required. For some days, lunch can be taken near the scheduled sightseeing places itself. Like in Dubai Mall etc.

Terms & Conditions

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing on safetravel4all@gmail.com. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive a letter/request in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

Arrival = Travel Date

  1. 60 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour cost as cancellation charges
  2. 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour cost as cancellation charges
  3. 29 days to 16 days prior to arrival – 75% of the tour cost as cancellation charges 15 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
