Important Points

  1. There would be some walking.
  2. There would be a couple of hours of traveling time between places on a daily basis. Respective distances and travel timings are mentioned in the itinerary details. Please be patient & accommodating.
  3. Doctor on call can be arranged at extra cost if required (condition apply).
  4. Group air tickets or individual air tickets can be arranged by me (the cost of air tickets has to be paid extra).
  5. Hotel – Check in / checkout time is 12.00hrs-12.00hrs.
  6. This is an exhaustive Please be patient and accommodating.
  7. In Srilanka, an English speaking Chauffeur is a Guide himself for all historical insights.
  8. The driver will switch off AC while traveling through Hill stations.
  9. Weather will be discussed closer to the date of departure.
  10. As a group, we all have to follow the time schedule so that all sightseeing places could be covered.

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing on safetravel4all@gmail.com. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive a letter/request in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • 60 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (90% Refund)
  • 59 days to 45 days prior to arrival – 60% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (40% Refund)
  • 44 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 80% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (20% Refund)
  • 14 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
