In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing on safetravel4all@gmail.com. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive a letter/request in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- 60 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (90% Refund)
- 59 days to 45 days prior to arrival – 60% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (40% Refund)
- 44 days to 26 days prior to arrival – 80% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (20% Refund)
- 25 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.

- All Tolls, Parking, Driver Bata, & Fuel Costs

Visa & Travel Insurance
Visa Free For Indian but will be applied online. Travel insurance as per the age bracket
