- The passport should be valid for a minimum of 6 months at the time of travel

Mandatory Documents For Singapore Visa
Passport: Original Passport with 1 blank page and valid for minimum six months at time of travel.Old passport if any
Visa Application Form: Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .
Coloured Photograph: Two matt-finished, coloured photographs with white background. It should be an 80% face close up and 35mm x 45mm in size. The photograph should not be older than 3 months.
Cover Letter: Covering letter from Applicant stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number, purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and saying that all the expenses including medical, boarding and lodging will be borne by the Applicant. In case applicant is travelling with someone, their name, relationship with the applicant , occupation and passport details should be mentioned on the covering letter..Accommodation address should be mentioned on covering letter.
Financial Document: Bank statement for last 3 months
If Self Employed: Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company

Cancellations & Refund Policy For The Land Package (INR 1,33,000) Excluding Airfare, Visa, Travel Insurance In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing on safetravel4all@gmail.com. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive a letter/request in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- 120 Days- 91 Days prior to arrival- 15% of the advance payment as cancellation charges (85% of the advance payment will be refunded
- 90 Days -71 Days prior to arrival- 35% of the advance payment as cancellation charges (65% of the advance payment will be refunded
- 70 days -60 Days prior to arrival- 35% of the Land Package Cost as cancellation charges (65% of the Land Package Cost will be Refunded)
- 59 days to 31 days prior to arrival – 75% of the Land Package Cost as cancellation charges (25% of the Land Package Cost will be Refunded)
- 30 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
Note: Any cancellation in the flight tickets, the cancellation charges would be as per the cancellation policy of the carrier
Visa Cost (INR 3000 per application) and Travel Insurance Cost is non- refundable
