Important Points

  1. Leh Ladakh is a high-altitude itinerary. Please be informed and book your travel accordingly.
  2. Please check for the group arrival time, best Airfare and flight timings with me before booking flights on your own.
  3. Vehicles would stop at designated parking spaces, hence, there would be walking.
  4. There would be a couple of hours of traveling time between places. Respective distances and travel times are mentioned in the itinerary details. Please be patient & accommodating.
  5. Doctor on call can be arranged at extra cost if required (condition apply).
  6. Day 1 please arrive by 12:30 PM at Leh airport or co-ordinate with me for the flight timings.
  7. Your ID proofs would be needed at the time of booking.
  8. We reserve the right to change the sequence of the itinerary, if required, or provide a substitute tour in case the specified tour is canceled due to any unforeseen situation at the cancelled destination during the travel.
  9. No refund for unused services or if any tour is missed because of unforeseen health conditions at the time of travel.
  10. Please check with your Doctor before booking for Leh Ladakh destination.

Cancellations & Refund

In case of cancellation of your tour due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing on safetravel4all@gmail.com. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive a letter/request in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

Please Note that Respective percentages (Cancellation or refund) would be calculated on the Land Package Cost

  • 60 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the Land Package Cost as cancellation charges (90% Refund)
  • 59 days to 31 days prior to arrival – 50% of the Land Package Cost as cancellation charges (50% Refund)
  • 30 days to 19 days prior to arrival – 70% of the Land Package Cost as cancellation charges (30% Refund)
  • 20 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.

Exclusions

  • Airfare
  • Entrance Fees for Monument, Monasteries & Museums
  • Any expenses of personal nature such as Shopping, Alcohol, etc
  • Rafting charges, Camel Safari Charges, if
  • Anything not specified under Inclusions
  • Room service & additional meals
  • No refund for unused services
  • Any expense incurred or loss caused by reasons beyond our control such as bad weather, natural calamities (landslides, floods), flight delays/rescheduling/cancellations, etc
