Important Points

  1. Please arrive by 8:30 AM at Guwahati airport.
  2. Please book an afternoon flight on the last day. Refer to the travel distance and time taken to reach Guwahati on Day 7. Afternoon flight time can be chosen between 03:00-04:00 PM.
  3. If your flight is delayed or arriving at a time other than specified, then a special cab will be arranged for transfers at extra cost.
  4. Load shedding in very normal in Cherrapunji. Please accommodate.
  5. Phone network issues in Cherrapunji is also very normal. You will experience bad network in Cherrapunji.
  6. Vehicles would stop at designated parking spaces, hence, there would be walking.
  7. There would be a couple of hours of traveling time between places on almost daily basis. Respective distances and travel times are mentioned in the itinerary details. Please be patient & accommodating.
  8. Doctor on call can be arranged at extra cost if required (condition apply).
  9. We reserve the right to change the sequence of the itinerary or amend the itinerary based on road conditions, weather conditions, hotel bookings, group type etc.
  10. Please check for the best Airfare and flight timings with me before booking your flights on your own.
  11. Day 1 please arrive maximum by 8:30 AM at Guwahati Airport.
  12. Covid Vaccination certificate (both 1st & 2nd dose) is a must.
  13. Tourists who are fully vaccinated, need to showcase their relevant vaccination certificates for inter- state check-ins or during check-ins at their respective hotels.
  14. Early start post breakfast & adhering to the allotted time for each sightseeing is extremely important to experience all the proposed sightseeing places. If the time is not adhered, then chances to miss something is a strong possibility. Wile the Trip Manager will support the group in adhering to all the time slots, however, individual co-operations is also of utmost importance and much needed. Hope you would consider and co-operate.
  15. Your ID proofs would be needed at the time of booking-We reserve the right to change the sequence of the itinerary, if required or provide a substitute tour in case the specified tour is cancelled due to any unforeseen situation at the cancelled destination during the travel.

  2. Any cancellations after Booking (20th Sep’23): Non-Refundable, but the booking can be transferred to another traveler.
