Important Points

  1. Passport Copy is mandatory for the further booking process.
  2. Passport validity should be for 6 months. Minimum at the time of travel.
  3. No refund for unused services.
  4. Any cost apart from the package confirmed shall be borne by the customer themselves
  5. Travelers must be fully vaccinated and must carry the vaccine certificate displayed in Arogysethu App.
  6. The requirement for any additional document shall be informed later at the time of registration
  7. Vehicles would stop at designated parking spaces, hence, there would be walking.
  8. There would be a couple of hours of traveling time between places.
  9. Doctor on call can be arranged at extra cost if required (condition apply)
  10. Traffic Jams are expected in Thailand. So please be patient.
  11. Sometimes even long queues are expected at some of the popular spots, so please be patient.

In case of cancellation of your tour due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing on safetravel4all@gmail.com Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive a letter/request in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

Please Note that Respective percentages (Cancellation or refund) would be calculated on the total tour cost.

  • 60 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (90% Refund)
  • 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (80% Refund)
  • 29 days to 21 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (50% Refund)
  • 20 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 75% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (25% Refund) 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
