Important Points

  1. Shikara ride is for only 1 hour.
  2. If you are booking the flights yourself, then please refer to the suggested timings of the flight mentioned in the document and coordinate the same with me before booking the flights.
  3. Doctor on call can be arranged (condition apply).
  4. Sightseeing is subject to road conditions & weather conditions.
  5. Sequence of the sightseeing can If it does, it would be duly informed.
  6. Arrival Time at Srinagar Airport: Reach by 9 AM.
  7. Departure Time from Srinagar Airport: Please choose an afternoon flight.
  8. No sightseeing stoppages on Day 7. Straight transfer to the airport after breakfast.
  9. Vehicles would stop at designated parking spaces, hence, there would be walking.
  10. There would be a couple of hours of traveling time between places. Respective distances and travel times are mentioned in the itinerary details. Please be patient & accommodating.

Terms & Conditions

Last Date of Registration: 20th Jan’ 2024

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing on safetravel4all@gmail.com. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive a letter/request in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • 60 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (90% Refund).
  • 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (50% Refund).
  • 29 days to 16 days prior to arrival – 80% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (20% Refund)
  • 15 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.

  • Thajwas Glacier Horse riding charges
  • Any Room Service Bills
  • Snow Boots or Snow Coats (available on rental basis – extra cost)
  • Any other union cab charges
