Booking & Cancelation Policy
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing on safetravel4all@gmail.com. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive a letter/request in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- 60 days & before arrival – 20% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (80% Refund).
- 59 days to 41 days before arrival – 40% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (60% Refund).
- 40 days to 31 days before arrival – 70% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (30% Refund).
- 30 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
