Important Points

  1. Passport Copy is mandatory for the further booking process.
  2. Passport validity should be for 6 minimum at the time of travel.
  3. Indian currency is acceptable in Bhutan, so need for any currency exchange.
  4. Coordinate for the respective flight timings with me for the group arrival and departure time.
  5. No refund for unused services.
  6. Any cost apart from the package confirmed shall be borne by the customer themselves.
  7. Travelers must be fully vaccinated and must carry the vaccine certificate displayed in Arogysethu App.
  8. The requirement for any additional document shall be informed later at the time of registration.
  9. Vehicles would stop at designated parking spaces, hence, there would be walking.
  10. There would be a couple of hours of traveling time between places.
  11. Doctor on call can be arranged at extra cost if required (condition & extra charges would apply).
  12. Travelers can choose to opt out a particular monument/monastery if they wish to not enter/attend.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations & Refund

In case of cancellation of your tour due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing on safetravel4all@gmail.com. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive a letter/request in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

Please Note that Respective percentages (Cancellation or refund) would be calculated on the total tour cost.

  • 60 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (90% Refund)
  • 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (50% Refund)
  • 29 days to 19 days prior to arrival – 70% of the tour cost as cancellation charges (30% Refund)
  • 20 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
